Wonderful trade in experience!! Liz Shamburg went out of her way to make this deal work out, she's great at what she does and definitely puts the customer first. This is the 3rd truck I've traded for and if I ever decide to trade again, it'll only be with Smart Chevrolet. Outstanding

I just bought a used 2017 Ford F350 from this dealership yesterday. I went in not expecting them to meet my expectations, honestly. But I was very wrong! They didn't jerk me around, I told them what I wanted for my trade and how much I wanted to pay and boom, I drove home in my new truck. They even got me an interest rate two percent lower than what I had. Bryant, my sales guy was fantastic. He made sure I was happy the whole time. Chris was great with getting me the right numbers, and even the paperwork process in finance was great. I got a fantastic warranty in the deal too. I highly recommend this dealership, super easy buying process! Thank you guys, I love my new truck!!

I have visited this dealership many times in the past, mainly for service on different vehicles that we have owned. Never really anything exceptional as far as service goes; however, I just bought a car from them last week and it was probably the best experience ever buying a car. I work for a financial institution in the lending area so I am very familiar with how this process works. I laid out my deal and we came to a great compromise. Two days later I noticed a small issue with my vehicle, and used cars are normally "as is". But they allowed me to bring my car back and fix the issue at no charge to me. In my opinion that is great service and something that should be talked about. They could have easily stuck to the as is policy but instead did the right thing. I worked with Dan and Rick and recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys :)
