Michael was helpful, made sure we were taken care of sold us 2 trucks

Great Experience! Michael's the best! Here's what happened: I live in Charlotte, NC and Smart Chevrolet was 2 hours away. I saw this great used car on some website (Car Guru or Auto Trader) but didn't know if I wanted to drive all the way to Madison to check it out. I called the dealership to ask a few questions about the car and was transferred to Michael who suggested we do a FaceTime so I could really SEE the car. He spent like 20 minutes asking me what parts of the car I wanted to see. But what really convinced me to make the 2 hour drive was that when I asked Michael to rate on a scale of 1-10 the tires, the convertible top and the leather seats, I felt he gave me realistic numbers instead of just saying everything was a ten. Anyway, I drove up on Saturday with my son and instantly fell in the love with the car. Michael asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive, but I told him I'd rather borrow the car for a few hours to take it to a mechanic for an inspection. Without hesitation, he slapped a tag on the car and let me take it. Needless to say, the car checked out and I ended up buying it for pretty close to what I wanted. (They gave me a great deal on my trade in, which helped). Finally... and the reason I'm writing this review, is that when I got back to Charlotte with my new car, I realized I'd left six of my favorite CDs in the player of my old car/trade in. I called Michael and he mailed them back to Charlotte the next day on his dime. Service! I recommend these guys... Totally happy with my (new for me) car!!

Paul Hooker greeted me at the door and within seconds he had the car I was interested in pulled up. The process was fast and everyone was extremely friendly. We got the exact car we wanted and would gladly do business with them again.

The body shop completely restored my 69 Road Runner and I love it. I can't wait to have them do my 69 Camaro.
