Got into a nasty wreck messed up my entire front bumper on the highway was able to get my car off the side of the road into this lot, turned out to be Smart Chevrolet. Deidra came out started asking me what happened, cut a long story short they came down got my car was able to get it repaired and back to me within a week ! I didn't even buy this car there and they treated me like as If I did. Thanks to Deidra and the body shop at Smart Chevrolet

Deidra and her team really tried their best to work with my my credit was not the best but I was still able to be financed and walked away with a 2018 Toyota Camry, all I had to do was put more money down and they made it happen ! Thanks Deidra and your entire team !

As always the staff and mechancis were awesome. They make you feel like family. Always polite and attentive. Will definatly by my next vehicle there. Since i first made this review i have returned and it was not good. Waited 55 minutes for a 10 minute repair. No updates i finally went to ask and snipidly was told im doing paperwork now. No smile sorry for wait nohting and they did not wear masks behind counter when it is mandatory in our county .

Browsing thru Craigslist Phoenix and came across an ad form a dealership called Smart Chevrolet, figures they are way to far then I realized that it's an internet bard store. Quickly send an email into inquire about a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and I spoke with a woman named Deidra who gave me a bunch of information on it. Then I met with a sales rep got a walk around video of the vehicle and it was delivered to me that weekend straight to my door. Thanks !

They absolutely have the best sales team I worked with Deidra she was able to get me with a good sales rep and they worked with my credit to get me financed I was looking for anything my credit would let me and end up with something even nicer. Shout out to them !
