I always try to leave the most honest reviews when i am reviewing for anybody. I cant say i had any bad experiences with this dealership all thanks to Deidra i met her at a club and she sent me some information on the exact vehicle i was looking for now im driving around lavishly, without her I don't know what I would do. Deidra made my experience!

I wasnt really looking for anything specific i just needed a used car to be able to get around from point to b. Deidra sent me a link to thee inventory online found the cheapest car they had and bought it straight cash.

Deidra, Chad and Joel are a great team, i had been to many car dealerships who turned me down because of a repossession that was on my credit. Luckily they worked with me and got me financed into a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta. Thanks guys i love my car !

Deidra is really sweet, she kept it real with my i knew my credit was bad and id would have a hard time getting into something and since i was going to be financing i didnt want to just get thrown into any vehicle. I had been looking for a while most dealerships after they run your credit and you dont have the money right away they dont really try to work with you. Deidra got me in touch with her finance department and i worked something out with them where i was able to pay a fee and hold the car i wanted until i had the rest for my down payment.

When i first saw Smart Chevrolet on my google pop ups i giured it was just another scam like dealership. I got in contact with Deidra thru one of their Craigslist adds. Of course i didnt exactly know what i was looking for but it was my first car and i knew i wanted something simple. I talked with deidra she paired me with a sales rep and i was able to get something really nice i only had 1000 to put down and they still were able to finance me. Later on the car's engine light kept coming on frequently but i was able to bring it nack to the dealership the had the body shop look at it and i was out and on my way with that small problem fixed no problems ! This has to be the best experience I've ever had dealing with a car dealership usually I go they buy here pay here's but I was able to tell Deidra exactly what I want and got it. I was iffy about getting a vehicle delivered to me without actually seeing it but I was able to get a video walk around and reassurance that the vehicle was in good condition when I got it. So said so done thank deidra and the Smart Chevrolet family !
