My self and my husband can not say enough about this place! Cait our sales woman was wonderful she had everything lined up and ready when we arrived and we were in and out in less than 2 hours with my husband's new car. It was a great experience! I will be back to purchase my next vehicle with smart Chevrolet in Madison NC, she even referenced a little dinner we could grab some home cooked food before heading back to Raleigh and Bobs restaurant was great all around friendly folks on this community! Drove 10 hours one way to this dealership, but it was worth it. Worked with Mr. Hooker who is extremely professional and didn't try to play games. Definitely enjoyed my experience here which is odd since I am so bad with car salesmen. Super happy with my 2013 Jetta TDI. Looks like the shop was pretty thorough with their inspection as I had no issues taking it straight off the lot and driving over 600 miles with it. Bit of a steep administration fee ($800) but they price their vehicles competitively, so I can't complain too much. Doubt I'll need another vehicle any time soon, but if I did, I would definitely consider that 10 hour drive again.

I highly recommend Smart Chevrolet in Madison NC. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! After dealing with several rude and unmotivated dealerships, Dale Mullis gave me true customer service and made sure I was happy with my purchase. If you want to be appreciated as a customer, this is the place to go! True family atmosphere!
