5 star experience! I can't realy say enough great things about these guys. I had read the reviews and was a bit skeptical but once I arrived I was so glad I came in. It was raining and Simon met me at my car with a big umbrella. I told him I wanted to test drive an 08 MDX that I had been looking at online, and we did. He also had a few other options lined up for me so I could be comfortable with my purchase. His whole thing was he wanted me to be happy with the car. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe that I didn't even know they had. I was a bit torn with the decision as it was more than I had intended on spending but it was also a fully loaded newer SUV the manager spoke with me personally and thanked me for my business. The finance guy Gene was awesome at making the deal work, as I have less than perfect credit and am trying to rebuild. It took some time but Simon kept me informed every step of the way, he even had snacks lol at the end of the day I drove home in my new suv, which is more than I thought I'd be able to get in my situation. To top it all off, Simon and Will even made sure that my rental got dropped off at the airport because I couldn't drive 2 cars. These guys offered top notch service.
