I purchased a used 2017 Ram 2500 from smart chevrolet and initially I was upset and unpleased because my truck was not delivered on time, cosmetic defects and a few mechanical issues but the GM chad made sure I was happy. He offered me a better deal than we agreed on, fixed some of the cosmetic issues and when I discovered mechanical damage to the truck a couple weeks after he put me in a loaner vehicle and fixed the truck free of charge.most dealerships wouldn't have went above and beyond like this but chad made sure it happened. will recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.
