Paul, Mike and Ana were all GREAT!!! I have always avoided big dealerships because of the all day process. These folks are organized and FAST!!! It was a great experience! I also love the fact that they can adjust on the fly and not lose any time. Amazing!! Now for the most important part. My purchase was spur of the moment. Seen their ad on Craigslist ( I have been shopping for a truck) seen the truck I wanted, called and talked to them for few minutes, we agreed on price, got a payment that we were happy with, my wife give me the go-ahead and me and my son hit the road. So no research at all on my end. Mike, the barter and trade guy told me where we were at according to KBB, etc. So after getting home and then doing my research...it was refreshing to learn that he had been totally TRUTHFUL with me. I will definitely buy from Mike and his group again. If you need a vehicle (especially a diesel truck) it is worth the drive to Smart Chevrolet in Madison, NC. You will not be disappointed 😁.
