I purchased a 2012 Lexus LS460 L from Smart Chevrolet on December 30th 2020. As an out of state buyer (Florida), I was fortunate to deal with a few nice people at Smart Chevrolet. They were Hannah, Eli, Mo and Jonathan. All were great in helping me with my purchase. Mo handled the deliver of my car in a very professional manner. Eli provided excellent customer service by sending me a video of my car and making sure that I received my factory replacement rim after the sale. Hannah went above and beyond in her handling of my concerns. She was always extremely nice when taking my many calls regarding my vehicle's title. Jonathan was kind enough to make sure that my title was delivered the next day to my local DMV which I really appreciated. Overall these guys helped to make my experience with Smart Chevrolet very pleasant. Hannah, Eli and Jonathan really went above and beyond with their level of customer service. It is nice to know that some places still care about excellent service. Thank you guys!!!
