Purchased "sight-unseen" a 2015 Toyota Avalon in April 2016. Naturally I was skeptical but this is the finest vehicle I've had. The transaction went flawless (much to my surprise) and the vehicle was delivered to my front door in Upstate NY in the planned time frame.These guys are great; my car is great; I look at their website frequently, just in case I see "another special car" that I can't live without..It was the General Manager that I originally talked to and he handed me off to Paul Hooker to do the rest. Paul was great too. Yes, I found this on Ebay and am delighted with the outcome. Thanks. Mike Peters
