Just purchased a 2012 Touareg from Smart Chevrolet after much deliberation and anxiety dreading the used car buying experience. Liz went out of her way to ensure I was completely satisfied! The vehicle had some issues rear their ugly heads due to sitting idle for some time. Took the car back to Smart Chevrolet and they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and the vehicle taken care of. Thank you Liz, Mike, Donnie & Gavin for easing the stress. This renews my faith in customer relations & hopefully I'll get my car back and enjoy it for many years as initially planned.
