My car was sitting at a body shop for almost 2 weeks straight for something that should've been fixed within a week. When I would call and ask for updates on my vehicle they would never have anything to tell me other than the parts they need for my vehicle are hard to get now because of COVID. Well I was thinking of just writing the vehicle off and start looking for another one. I showed Deidra some pictures of my vehicle she then got me to speak to Daniel who told me he could get the job done. They got my vehicle out that tragic body shop got it fixed and I was able to resume my life. I love my car now 10x more than prior to my accident.
