I Called in last week about a car that I seen over the internet. I spoke with a Gentalmen by the name of James P. He gave me all the information I wanted & needed on the car. I told him I was coming 3 hours away and did not want to waste my time, he assured me that the car would be held until I arrived. Once I arrived at the dealership it was white glove and red carpet service from the start to finish. Not only did I get a good deal on the car Mr James called me later that night when he was off the clock to check on my safety and wanted to know did I make it home and how did I like the truck on the highway. I have bought over 10 new/used cars in my life and I have to say with out a shout of a doubt this was my #1 experience. Not only did I get a good car I met a new friend. Thanks again James I'll see you soon for my sons next car.

Purchased "sight-unseen" a 2015 Toyota Avalon in April 2016. Naturally I was skeptical but this is the finest vehicle I've had. The transaction went flawless (much to my surprise) and the vehicle was delivered to my front door in Upstate NY in the planned time frame.These guys are great; my car is great; I look at their website frequently, just in case I see "another special car" that I can't live without..It was the General Manager that I originally talked to and he handed me off to Paul Hooker to do the rest.
