My wife and I were looking to upgrade vehicles for our growing family. From the start, Harlan and Kayla were professional, prompt, and extremely helpful in booking our appointment and reviewing aspects of the car. We never felt pressured, harrassed, or bullied during the process. We felt that Harlan listened to our needs and respected them! After we agreed to purchase the vehicle, they cleaned it, filled the tank, and took care of the paperwork with us- all without hidden fees or additional package pushes. I will keep Harlan's info for future vehicle purchases!
Bought one of my dream vehicles from Smart Chevrolet right before the new year. Liz (sales) was very helpful throughout the buying process and kept me updated from purchase to delivery. Breanna(finance) was also amazing to work with and was able to address any finance questions I had promptly. So far I am happy with my purchase and I think the service was great. I would recommend!
