They even open on Sunday, check this dealership out it won't be a waste they have great workers people like Brittany Chris Deidra Harlan. This is definitely a place I can refer people too they are honest and you don't find that in dealerships if you know what I mean.

Harlan is a great sales rep, I was referred to him from Deidra he worked diligently to get me into a new duramax me and my wife are very grateful

The service department staff is so kind, they have a good waiting area for you to wait for your vehicle and the communication with updates on your vehicle are spot on. Ask for Tracy or call and ask for Deidra she will get you to the service department.

Purchased a 2016 Ford Focus SE on 1/14/21. Great customer service and sales process. Finance was made easy working with Liz (sales) and Breanna ( Finance). Great deal and car, would buy again. Worth driving to Madison!
