Daniel and his crew did a great job. Had an estimate in minutes. Daniel talked with insurance adjuster and I had my car back in less than a week. One day sooner than quoted. Smart Chevrolet is the place to go for body work.

Only dealt with 3 professionals in Smart Chevrolet Madison. First, was Scottie Arant, one of the sales professionals. Second was Ms. Ana Martinez, a financial professional and indirectly, the dealership manager. Everything went smoothly and I left the dealership a happy customer... I live in Madison and make it a point to shop local first before giving the business to Greensboro. I was not disappointed with my decision. I will recommend Smart Chevrolet to my family and friends for their transportation needs...

I would rate Smart Chevrolet as one of the top dealerships to purchase an automobile. Our salesperson, Cait Willard, was absolutely the most understanding, caring and above all else knowledgeable salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with.Buying from Smart Chevrolet was a great experience. Paul, Mike and Ana were all GREAT!!! I have always avoided big dealerships because of the all day process. These folks are organized and FAST!!! It was a great experience! I also love the fact that they can adjust on the fly and not lose any time. Amazing!! Now for the most important part. My purchase was spur of the moment. Seen their ad on Craigslist ( I have been shopping for a truck) seen the truck I wanted, called and talked to them for few minutes, we agreed on price, got a payment that we were happy with, my wife give me the go-ahead and me and my son hit the road. So no research at all on my end. Mike, the barter and trade guy told me where we were at according to KBB, etc. So after getting home and then doing my research...it was refreshing to learn that he had been totally TRUTHFUL with me. I will definitely buy from Mike and his group again. If you need a vehicle (especially a diesel truck) it is worth the drive to Smart Chevrolet in Madison, NC. You will not be disappointed 😁.
