I recently purchased a vehicle from Smart Chevrolet in mid June and my experience was exceptional. When I first came to test drive my (now mine) vehicle I was told it was in the shop getting detailed and that they would give me a call next week to test drive it. They followed up with me a week later and I really appreciated that. My salesman was Scottie A. and he was a fantastic salesman and a truly, good human being. He's calm, non-pressuring, and very relatable. He didn't make any salesman jabs and he answers my questions with honesty. When it was time to close the deal the process was very smooth and the manager was very transparent and forward. The team worked with me on financing and the deal was done. The atmosphere of the dealership is busy but it's very positive and friendly. I'm 33 years old but they treated me like I've been purchasing vehicles from their dealership for 50 years. You can't ask for a better group of people or for a more well-oiled machine. Thank you Smart Chevrolet.
