I came in with my old car to the service department and found out it was kicking the bucket! I was Devistated as it was my only transportation. Standing outside trying to contemplate what I was going to do a salesman came out and asked me what was wrong. I told him my dilemma. His name Paul Hooker!!! That guy was supportive and said with a smile no worries. We looked at numbers and he walked me to a Jeep Renegade. We took a a spin and right away my day was turned around. I was out of there in time to make it to work in a brand new car!!! Thank you so much Paul Hooker!!! You are a great guy and I appreciate all of your help! Now I am a happy camper again!! I had a great experience buying my preowned car. I've had the car for about 8 months with no issues at all. This was my first time purchasing a used car and I was very nervous. The service was outstanding and I'm very pleased.

Purchased a new Trax from Smart Chevrolet and it was a great experience! Car we were looking at was ready and clean when we got there and ready to test drive.  Customer service was awesome and we were able to make a deal. A few weeks after the purchase I received a thank you package in the mail! So sweet! Thanks!
