I recently purchased a vehicle from Smart Chevy Auto and had a very positive experience. I was assisted with any questions I had and when an issue arose Liz was eager to assure that my car buying experience remained positive. There are some very alarming reviews on here. Glad my review is an exception to the rule!! Great people!!

I did my research before I came and seen the negative reviews. I am mechanically inclined and have ought and sold several cars in my time. That being said there was a particular BMW I was after and smart Chevrolet had it available. I never called I just googled what time they opened and showed up. Salesman was great the car checked out visually to my standards and the price was right. After purchasing the car I took it to my local BMW dealer for a scheduled tune up. Everything was in working order. This dealer saved me 4,100 on the car I picked out compared to other dealers. People saying they are crooks... that I don't get.

Update..7-31-15.Just bought my wife a new Impala, again the guys up there were great, very competitive on price, small town feel, salesman was easy going, over all pleased with my experience.Harry at Smart Chevrolet help me get my new Duramax financed and was cheaper than Terry Labonte. Very friendly sales and financing was easy. Definitely worth the drive. Thanks

Great dealership Lizz, Michelle, and Carl work miracles. I highly suggest this dealership!! All the employees were very friendly and helpful. I walked out with the keys to a fabulous Acura!! Great cars and great financing. A++++

My husband and I had a great experience! We were over two hours away and have an 8 week old. They did the majority of the work with our trade over the phone. We had told them we had to work quickly and cute through all the going back and forth. The salesmen were respectful of our time which you do not get at most dealerships. We ended up buying the truck we were looking at plus an additional car!! They helped us get the payments we said we had to have and great rates! Carl in finance was on the ball and we were in and out!! Everyone there was super friendly and willing to do whatever to help us get the vehicle we needed. This folks is how CAR BUYING SHOULD BE!!!

I recently bought a car from them and they were helpful in getting me approved. I think they miss out on a lot of customer service opportunities.For example, when you buy a used car you have to fill the gas tank with your money. When they sold me mine I had less than a quarter tank. they also said they don't transfer license plates from my trade in to my new car. I also had to wash and wax my car as they don't do that either.I have sold cars in the past and the dealership I worked for did all three things for their customers.So I had to go return my plate make a copy of my bill of sale and send it in to the county tax office and wait for a refund of part of the property taxes I paid on my trade in.I have also been in retail management for twenty years. The way the employees dress is completely unprofessional. Also they apparently eat on the sales floor because I could smell spoiled food coming from the trash cans near their desks.I dont blame the employees for management allowing these behaviors and policies.I would challenge the employees to take it upon themselves to buy the gas for the customers who buy cars from them and to dress for success.I would fill my customers gas tanks whether the company paid for it or not.
